3. Approve the fixed quote. Payment by transfer to a Sri Lankan bank account; convenient arrangements for clients in China are confirmed with the quote.
4. Receive a certified PDF by email immediately on completion, plus a stamped hard copy by courier to China, or delivered to your family in Sri Lanka to forward or file on your behalf.

Why sworn certification specifically

Sworn translators are registered with the Ministry of Justice of Sri Lanka (my registration: 2020/CE/CL/042, Chinese–English) — the certification standard used for official submissions in Sri Lanka and the form your documents' receiving authorities can verify against a government register. A translation done informally in China for a Sri Lankan authority, or vice versa, risks rejection precisely when the deadline is tightest.
