For Sri Lankans living & working in China

Work permits, marriage registration, company matters and consular paperwork all demand certified translations of Sri Lankan documents — and you can get sworn, Ministry-of-Justice-valid translations entirely from China.

The situations this solves

How it works from China

  1. Contact by WeChat (YOUR-WECHAT-ID) or email — both work normally in China. This website is hosted to remain accessible from mainland China without a VPN.
  2. Send scans of your documents with the destination authority and deadline.
  3. Approve the fixed quote. Payment by transfer to a Sri Lankan bank account; convenient arrangements for clients in China are confirmed with the quote.
  4. Receive a certified PDF by email immediately on completion, plus a stamped hard copy by courier to China, or delivered to your family in Sri Lanka to forward or file on your behalf.

Why sworn certification specifically

Sworn translators are registered with the Ministry of Justice of Sri Lanka (my registration: 2020/CE/CL/042, Chinese–English) — the certification standard used for official submissions in Sri Lanka and the form your documents' receiving authorities can verify against a government register. A translation done informally in China for a Sri Lankan authority, or vice versa, risks rejection precisely when the deadline is tightest.

Timezone note: China is 2.5 hours ahead of Sri Lanka — messages sent in your Chinese morning are answered the same working day.

Send a photo of your document. Get a fixed quote.

WhatsApp or email a clear photo or scan. You will receive a fixed price and delivery date — usually within a few hours. Certified hard copies are couriered island-wide; PDF copies can be sent worldwide, including to China.
